Error using Version Check

Hi,

I installed Version Check 1.2 on Joomla 1.6 and receive the following error when I go to the admin login :

Fatal error: Call to a member function isAdmin() on a non-object in ...../httpdocs/cms/plugins/system/jvc/jvc.php on line 22

Any help very appreciated.

Hello Mermod,

Currently none of our extensions does support Joomla 1.6. We're working on 1.6 versions though.

To regain access to your site you must use phpmyadmin to edit the table jos_extensions. Find the entry where name is plg_system_jvc and set enabled to 0 (zero). This should allow you to login again. After you've done that uninstall the version check plugin.
