Display Empty Categories

Hi,

Thanks for the module. Why this functionality isn't in core is beyond me!

One issue, the "Display Empty Categories" option isn't working for me. I'm developing a new site and installed this with only 3 categories and 1 article existing, and only the category with the article is showing.

Hello David,

We just released a new version of the Categories module extended which does now display the empty categories properly. Additionally you can display the amount of articles within each category behind the category title.
