Imagine a module you install for your frontend once you have uploaded your joomla site and configured whatever you want configured. You publish it to a banner position for example. Structure your site's content, disable module. This module offers a single inputbox, like twitter, except you have 3 radiobuttons: sections, categories and articles. With this inputbox you can go crazy fast instead of having to load your sections manager to create a section then open the category manager to create categories for that section etc. And if you already want to get a menu working to present something to your client quickly, just pop some article titles in... off you go, edit later.
